Downe Cricket Club's
overseas professional who comes from Holland. He has never ever played
cricket in his own country as it's always under water. (a bit like
Downe's own ground) He is the only professional who actually pays the
club to allow him to play and he did once score a run. His current
average is minus 3 but he has been practicing and he hopes to get it
closer to zero in this coming season. He maintains a permanent place in
the team by providing the cheese for the sandwiches every week.
